A unique Methacrylic coating system additive
An emulsion that replaces talc in acrylic coating systems
Acrylic coating made easy!
Acrylic coating can be challenging. Issues that contribute to the challenging nature of
these systems include: dispersion sensitivity, low resulting film glass transition
temperature, high tablet to tablet cohesion, spray nozzle clogging and clean-up
challenges. Historically these issues have been addressed by the addition of talc into the
coating system. The addition of talc creates a whole new set of issues. Plasacryl is an
additive that eliminates the need for talc.
Makes coating with acrylic emulsions and dispersions as easy as 1 2
